Course Objectives
The overall objective of the course is enable participants acquire knowledge and skills to create effective learning mechanisms, ensure project continuity, manage multiple projects, replicate and scale up best practices from pilot projects. In order to be accepted on PPM4SPL, candidates will need to proof prior learning experience corresponding to PPM II.

Learning Outcome
By the end of the training participants will be able to:
- Devise strategies for project continuity and sustainability.
- Manage multiple projects, document lessons from various projects and create shared learning platforms from the project results.
- Manage multiple donor and other stakeholders relations
- Manage staff synergy across different projects
- Able to facilitate a shared learning culture in the organization
- Able devise and apply project scale approaches
Target Group
Chief Executive Officers, County Directors of Non-Profit Organizations, Managers of NGOs, program and project managers, senior technical staff in central and local governments, senior managers in other development related institutions.
